Our story

Built by coastal locals, for coastal property

Beach Asset Management started with a simple belief: owners deserve a manager who answers the phone, and tenants deserve a home that's actually taken care of.

For more than 15 years we've leased, maintained, and grown the value of homes, multifamily buildings, and commercial properties from Seal Beach to Newport. We're small enough to know every property by name and big enough to handle 450+ doors with airtight systems, vetted vendors, and real-time reporting.

Headquartered in Huntington Beach, we live and work in the same communities we serve — and we manage every property as if it were our own.
